Unable to boot with "No signal displayed"

So I was using the PC today when it suddenly froze.

After restarting, the PC no longer boots to Windows, with both of my monitors just displaying "No signal detected".

I tried reseating the GPU, RAM, CMOS, using only one monitor at a time, and reconnecting the monitor cables with no luck.

Not expecting studio-level quality but at least the output is pleasant and it doesn't hurt wearing it for several hours in one sitting.

As there's an admin account on the PC, is there a chance it could be used to unlock or gain unauthorized access to password-protected accounts?

Even in Subang Jaya, connection quality is so bad I have to toggle Airplane mode from time to time and I can forget browsing inside the office.

Have UniFi Bebas prepaid, shit quality as well.

Based on your experience (preferably from Subang) which one is more reliable? And also with the best number validity without the need to reload weekly or monthly.

Treating festering sores in dogs

I have a maltipoo that has some unknown skin/ allergy issue. Basically his skin would break out in sores and he'd bite/ lick them even after applying the cone on him.

So far I'm unable to determine what's the cause and neither could the vets; they advise on avoid giving foods that trigger the condition and suggested antibiotics.

However antibiotics only last for a short-term and the cycle repeats itself after a month. Food-wise, I've stopped giving him dog kibbles but determining the allergy is quite difficult since now his diet currently comprises mainly chicken, pork, rice, fish, eggs, home-baked bread and some vegetables.

Anyone familiar dealing with this?

Is my GPU done for?

Previously my PC (on an B450M Steel Legend) has been randomly locking up/ freezing, followed by a reboot and 5 long beeps before the screen turns black. At times, it happens during a cold boot.

Reseated RAM, worked temporarily for less than a week before the problem resurfaced.

Then I tried reseating the GPU. All Hell broke loose. The moment I login to Windows, it takes several seconds longer.

Background becomes black, the screen flickers/ refreshes like you keep holding on the F5 key. I have tried the following to no avail:
1) Reseating GPU
2) Cleaning the contact points
3) Changing HDMI slot
4) Uninstalling the GPU drivers
5) Rebooting in Safe Mode (still flickers in that state)
6) Disabling the Windows Error Reporting services
