Wedding Slide show

Hi guys and gals,

I am preparing my wedding slide show, and I would like to have some special effect in my slideshow,

I actually search from net and there is numbers of slide show which amazed me....

I would like to add something like what they did, eg:

3D animation,

or 3/4 photos flying from an animated background,

photos keep coming from few frames in a photo

i cannot find the link I surf before, here is one of it that I can find...

P/S: what is .psd file, can it help? I actually download quite a number of template but i dont know how to make it animated!!!

if an employees who is still under probation period, are they considering so call exemp staff in that compony? coz the company sated "examp staff need to give 2 months notice if is resignation" but no statement described on under probation (their new policy).

Hi all,
Our comp is closing down, hence they will pay us the VSS package, but as I got a job already, I told them that I want to leave earlier......
but the HR want to see my offer letter and want us to sign a letter to agree the comp not to pay the notice period being serve....
I want to ask.....legally is the comp have to pay off the notice period even though we do not finish serve? if it is so why do we need to come out with the letter and sign?
do I have the right not to show them my offer letter?

I just went for a second interview and the HR called me up after that told me that I am not success, but she told me that when there is any budget for hiring again, I would be in to priority and they really hope to bring me on board, I dont understand....what does that means......

Hi all,

I am very headache currently as I got two offer, one is from Plexus and another on is from Jabil. Plexus is offering me 8% lesser of my pay but its a QA engineer position (I have working for 3 years as FA engineer previously and my company is closing down recently). Jabil is offering me FA engineer position with the same pay as I am. I want to ask you all:
if I am joining Plexus, my job function will be totally different then what I am doing and I dont know if I could handle it. But it will be widen my job scope. My question is: will it be easier for me to get a job in future if I take up the Plexus job?
Is FA engineer offer is less outside the market????

Hi all,
I would like to ask bout Penang properties here as I am planning to buy a house/apartment within this year, and I heard that Penang properties will drop due to economy recession, hence I would like to check with you guys:

1. when is the best time to buy a house,
2. Second hand (with renovated) or first hand is better

Any Penangist can here that can give me some valuable opinion? If you guys have good place to recommend it is even better! (I am looking at > sq ft, and nearby bayan lepas area, with free hold ownership)

VSS offer or Stay with same pay

If you are offered VSS package with your experience of 20-30 years, and image you are at the age of 40++, senior/staff position.
but your pay is high, and you MIGHT not get the same pay and job offer outside with such economy situation. Will you take the offer and go?
