USB Drive not recognised by USB Ports

Good Day Sifu's,

Need your advise on my current scenario. I have a sandisk usb drive which it not being recognised when i plugged in on any machines. However, when i go to device manager of any machines, i can see its listed there.

I have perform remove driver, update driver and install driver via device manager and restart my machine and issue still persists.

Any idea how to fix this guys?

Appreciate your help and support bro's...

Sorry for asking a noob question but previously all my latest songs downloaded to my thumb drive will be stored as the last of X playlist folder. Recently whenever any songs are downloaded, the songs are shuffle and are no longer in sequence and its being jumble up in X playlist folder when I play them on my car.

Any idea how to fix this please?
