            <description>Hi All,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Just wondering have any of you experience this :-&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I was applying for a loan, all ccris and ctos have been good and i am not burden by too much debt.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The consultant which i engaged told me everything was alright until the result have been rejected out due to bank internal system.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The system said i was suspected using fraud documents before. I am like what the heck? I never do that and how can i defend myself? &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The consultant was saying maybe previously i engaged the consultant fraud my documents.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My previous consultant got me approved a home loan and that was 2 years back. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Anyone of you experienced this and how to clear the name? I want to confront the bank.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thank you.</description>

            <title>Got A Contract From Goverment.</title>

            <description>The contract value is Rm 18mil. However, need rm4.5mil to buy equipment. Applied commercial bank and also smebank. It&amp;#39;s still processing, but most of them said your company&amp;#39;s only 3 years and yearly turn over only 1.2mil. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am wondering if any sifus here got any experiences what are the alternative way if I want to proceed to this contract. Contract got mentioned I can&amp;#39;t sub-contract to another company.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Last resort is Mr. Ah Long. Not really want to go that way.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Anyone got any connections if Singaporean willing to fund project. Coz their FD is so low. I am sure we can work out 5-6% here. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thank you.</description>

            <description>I wonder why if the prices of landed property calculated by psf it&amp;#39;s still cheaper frm condo. Y Not suppose higher than condo?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For eg as per value at the same time;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kinrara Area Condo : 400-500psf Landed 300-350psf&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sri Petaling/Bukit Jalil Area Condo : 450psf Landed: 350psf-400psf&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Can give other example? Maybe i am wrong.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cheers.</description>

            <title>What if developer of DIBS scheme bankcrupt?</title>

            <description>Hi bro and sis, sifus,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Im not yet a dibs property buyer yet maybe will become one. The scheme sounds very nice, if the project delay also i no need to pay a single cent.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;However, i dont understand;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. If the developer runaway or bankcrupt or abandon the project, we will be paying the interest as well right?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. if half way project the developer change hand, new developer said need to charge interest, are we protected?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Can the developer delay up to how long they want? No max period?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thanks for info.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cheers, and happy dibs..</description>

            <title>The Peak (Bukit Prima) Vs Mutiara Bukit Jalil</title>

            <description>Just share ideas if you were me.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I got to choose between The Peak and Mutiara Bukit Jalil.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Both are freehold.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Both also 3 storeys.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. The Peak (Phase II) and MBJ (Phase III)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. The Peak RM 780k and MBJ RM700k.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5. Both designs are reasonable good.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6. The Peak is completed (from Owner) and MBJ from developer.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;7. The bad about The Peak is traffic and the roads there are uneven.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;8. The bad about MBJ are the location behind the kinrara mercedes shop and the industrial area.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;9. The good about The Peak are the developer is a big timer and it&amp;#39;s a ready unit. (You see what u get).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;10. The good about MBJ, the front lake which is in bad condition, will be develope by DBKL. (According to the developer) And Free 8 airconds and kitchen cabinets.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;11. The Peak is MPKJ area, MBJ is DBKL.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I&amp;#39;m buying for stay next year. Currently living in sri petaling. Any good advices will be appreaciate. TQ.</description>
