Hi Sifus,

Need your opinion here. tell me what you think.

I'm intending to purchase a subsale house. At the moment, I dont have any lawyers in mind and still fishing around. The agent gave me the contact of the owner's lawyer and I dont know if I should contact him or not. Would it be okie if I use the same owner's lawyer? Do u think they'll be bias? Only one sided? Or should I get my own lawyer instead?

And ouh yeah.. I need to get this purchase settle as soon as possible before am due this December. Am pregnant btw Probably would like to have some minor renovation before moving in with the new baby. So do u think having the same lawyer might expedite the whole process altogether?

Do let me kno what you think.

Thanks!
