Physiotherapy: Is it necessary?

Im currently facing an issue with my knee.
Got an appointment with Doctor but later referred to a physiotherapy under rehabilitation unit of the Hospital.

To be honest, Im not so sure if they really can help me or not.

Cos in 2009 I already had the same treatment flow with Govt Hospital, then I came across this. They practice Manual Therapy for their patients.

Anyone has any opinion or experience on this.

Hi musician and bands out there, I wanted to initiate the topic to discuss on LIVE MUSIC being performed whether through recordings or live streaming.
Yes I'm doing so in conjunction with my band's first ever show on such platform under ROJAK SESSION.

But the main point is to know, how do you all view these platforms as? To discover new music? To experience your favorite local bands?

With that, I'd like to ask and call everyone to share their work or past experience or even an upcoming show that's live recorded here from some platforms such as Rojak Session, The Wknd Session, Kamar Seni and others.

It be great to see if there's any Malaysian act that can feature on the like of NPR TINY DESK or even Jimmy Kimmel Live.. haha.. but thats quite far.. Hey anything is possible..

Why don't we have one that is not BIAS and plays everything from the local scene and maybe 1 song per band/act at least so that they have a fighting chance to promote themselves??

It's only abour USD10 a month.. 120USD a year.. Not even a hefty RM5,000,000 a year...

I think as a musician we should support towards this idea.

But of course, NO ADS.. But we can have featured artist interviews, event shoutouts.. which may support the radio..

But artist can't charge their single too EXPENSIVE lah as a start.. Maybe RM50 per single (not per PLAY) at least.. we got their songs to play to our audience right..

well enough of talk.. here is my trial at doing an online radio.. far from perfect.. but at least it's something.. (DEMO ONLY)

R7 260X Issue

Hey guys, I'm not really great in this area of interest and I've been googling and asking few people around about my issue.

ISSUE:
- Installed a brand new R7 260X
- Start up normally
- Then found out that performance drop a little
- Can't even view pictures due to low memory (windows picture viewer)
- Googled a little, found a guy mentioning that it's a memory leak issue
- Checked on the performance, 6GB total ram, 4GB available 1GB cache
- system memory 0GB?? Whattttt? I find this odd..
- Now when I tried some simple video game like FIFA 15 (not even on a max setting) even laggier than my previous HD5670

(My setup is just a normal i5 2.8ghz, 2GB x 3 ram, win7 64bit)

Now I tried accessing BIOS, when I start or restart the system.. The prompt for startup actually goes haywire (visually) and I don't know how to access BIOS now.. I tried simply pressing on keyboard.. Managed to get once but then windows goes into recovery state...

Help me out guys.. How do I resolve this issue? Feels like a bit on a loss side if I can't use the gpu to it's potential and the pc starts having some slow performance due to memory loss...
