DENTISTRY IN INDIA (JPA)

I'm asking u all for your opinion on behalf of my friend. She have been offered to study Dentistry in India offered by JPA scolarship. She's in a delimma 50:50 situation now. I wonder whether she should accept the offer?

I wanna know bout the education and the life in India. I also wanna know more bout Dentistry on what is the nature of the work of a Dentist and how it feels like to work for the Government after completing my JPA.

But, after completing studies with JPA, she have to work 10 years for the government which for me is neck dragging long. Is it a waste of time?? Please advice.. Please
