Upgrade Old PC

I've build this rigs myself about ten years ago while I'm still a gamer.
As for now, the usage will only be movie watching and web browsing.

This rigs had been given me a big headache for the pass couple of years. Out of the blue moon it will not start up properly (one long three short beeps indicated GPU problem). Then I've to remove all the ram and GPU and try to plug in in different order (even have to plug the GPU at 2nd PCI-e slot) and eventually it will boot. Until now I still couldn't identify the cause of the problems. Either is GPU or Ram or maybe mobo slot.
I wish to keep the processor and mobo and upgrade the GPU first (the heatsink fan is malfunction so I DIY a fan on it).

My ten years OLD rig
Mobo: Asus P5Q-Pro
Processor: E8400
GPU: GF 9600 GT
Ram: 2G x 2

Hope someone can enlighten me on which kind of gpu I should upgrade to?

Engine dead after released oil pedal in free gear

ello guys, I'm driving Saga/Iswara LMST 2005.

Yesterday my car's engine dead at the middle of the road when I released oil pedal in free gear.
I was able to restart the engine but the problem still exist.
I try to put my car in IDLE and did some test. The engine is harder to start compare to previously. When started, the engine won't die. It will be dead when I raise to over 2k rpm and released the oil pedal. The rpm will then drops very fast until zero.

Anyone can enlighten me what happen to my car? Is it the car temperature too low? (yesterday rain whole day)
I remember I accidentally add distilled water into the coolant reservoir about one month ago. Will this be the cause of this problem?

Webcam Not Detected

I am using Aspire 4752Z laptop. The integrated webcam did works for me previously but not now.
I have spent half day googling the solution around the net but still can't fix it.
I've tried
1.) Reinstall the driver. Uninstall and it will reinstall itself.
2.) I try to download driver from acer web according to my laptop model but it can't detect the webcam hence cannot proceed the installation.
3.) Install Direct X.
4.) I've tried the integrated acer software "Acer Crystal Eye Webcam" and skype. Both software can't detect any webcam.
5.) Webcam is not shown in "Devices and Printer".

Hopefully someone can enlighten me with this issue.

Hi all, I want to ask whether I can renew my roadtax which expired on April at post office IF my insurance expired on August?
Because even if I take 6 months roadtax, the new expired date will be on October. So, 2 months without insurance?
I try to renew my insurance online but I only can renew before 2 months before my current insurance expired.

So, basically what can I do now?

Spire Thermal Eclipse II with E8400

I just installed Spire Thermal Eclipse II to my E8400...
but i dun satisfy with the result i get...is it normal i get this temperature?
i expect it to done better because it is the top cpu cooler recommend by frostlytech.com...
i even saw some have better temp than mine with stock hsf...

am i done something wrong during the installation?
FYI,i using the thermal paste given...
anyone can enlighthen me?

how to get rid from those acne and scar effectively?
i read alot of solution for skin problem from oth post dy...but i wan to know which suit my problem (skin) better...

my mum bring me to do facial b4...but not those famous skincare center...just a normal shop inside salon...so suffering going there coz they squeeze all my acne/pimples,and blackhead until my tears can drop...but still i went there for about 2-3 times...no choice had to cure my face...

is that correct that gal using this method?coz i saw some forumers say that pimples or acne cannot be squeezed coz will left scar and cause more problem to my skin...but for them,they will say if not squeeze all the dirty things inside,it will forever inside ur skin...

so,which is true?

*edit:forget to mention that my skin belongs to oily type...and super sensitive to external force...not medicine...kinda special skin ...

NTLDR error when system bootup

I get NTLDR error when sistem bootup after i unplug my 2nd hdd...it require my to press ctrl+alt+delete to restart...but after restart also cant fix the problem until i plug back my hdd...any solution?
