Mp3 with voice recorder function

As u c on the topic. i'm planning to buy mp3 player that have voice recorder function. i know theres alot of mp3 players have that function but is theres any mp3 players that can record voice clearly when using in hall or in meeting room without put it near the where the voice come out..hehe. And theres some mp3 players u have to put earphone before u record. But i need the mp3 players that have build in microphone, ouput very good quality and very easy to transfer to pc or laptop

So please any mp3 player gurus or expert give your opinion here
