Squat hurting back

I did barbell squats about 3 weeks ago thinking to build my lower body / leg strength, and I probably over-did it. 1-2 days after that, my lower back sore like hell...thinking that after resting few days I should be alright cos its not really a slipped disc or anything major.

After 4 days of rest, I went back to gym and badminton, trying to avoid anything that needs lower back strength. However i found myself everyday waking up with really sore back. Sometimes i try to do light lower back exercise just to relax the muscles. I can still run/badminton/exercise after doing some stretching (like warming up) but every morning still wake up with really sore lower back.

Anyone experience this before, and how to recover from this?

About company equity ownership 51%

Hello all, I just talk to VC on investing in my company, and I just like to know what does 51% or more equity of the company means.

I know it means that person owns the company and have final decision making, but as for VC, they do not want to do day to day running, where I will be doing all these.

If the VC owns 51%, can they sell the company off as and when they like and I have no say? Or when they sell, they are only selling their 51%, and I still own the 49%?

Please help~

I iz butthurt by Sari Ratu

If you’re ever thinking of going to eat at Sunway Damansara area, DO NOT go to RESTAURANT SARI RATU. It’s super expensive and con your money!!

It’s basically Malay “chap fan”. They put their food outside for whole day, not fresh at all, so at least should charge around RM 4-5 per person like normal chap fan. But NO!! They charge like RM 7-8 for each small plate of lauk! And it comes WITHOUT rice!!

Their rice is another story. They charge RM1.50 for each plate of rice. I thought, fine nvm, as long as they give one full bowl. Turns out, their rice so damn little... For RM1.50 they give you half bowl of rice only! If you want to add rice, they charge you another RM 1 for another half bowl rice!! Total RM2.50 just to buy one full bowl of rice, crazy ar!!! Rice is cheap, they should have no problem in giving out larger portions, especially when you have to pay RM 1.50 for it!

Drinks, cheapest is RM2. Average is RM3.50.

It’s blood sucking! Stupid management duno how to do business at all!
Nasi campur for RM15??? It’s stupid!!

Do not go there ever again!! I is rage...!!!

New tyre thumping sound

Hi experts... need some opinion...

I just change two new tyres last week, into the front wheels.. Silverstone NS-223 ... then did alightment and balancing 4 wheels...

But now, when i drive after 15 minutes, i can hear quite loud thumping sound in the front left tyre...( which is new).. it gets louder even if i drive slower.. usually the thumping sound starts at 90~100 km/h. The weird thing is, after i stop and check the tyre, it show no sign of problem, and I drive again and the problem disappear.

This happen again the next day, and when i reach a toll and stop to pay, after that again no more problem. Its like when the thumping sound appear, I just need to stop the car, and start again the journey and the noise dissapear.

Any sifu know what is happening? I ask mechanic and they say never heard of this kind of problem b4.

My gf and I always get into arguments over something we will forgot the next day... Is this normal in a relationship? We have been together for 1 ++ year and last week had a big argument over something she cannot remember what it is, but i do remember it well. over something do darn small...
I call her more than 50 x and sms her but she completely ignores me. After that i bought flowers for her and bring to her office, and she cried saying y i treat her so well even though she treat me bad and question whether she have a heart...

Then it was fine.. until yday we have big group of colleagues go out sing k... that time my colleagues have started and i was there, but on the phone with her for 20 mins.. then i said wan to join back my colleagues, and she scold me saying y don't listen to her. I said i call her back after some time, and she said no need to call back ever. Then i call her and sms her, she again ignores me completely...

This is very very frustrating for me even though i love her so much.... i'm really thinking of just breaking it up...

Should i stay with her and tolerate her? or should I just call it off? Both ways also i am in deep pain...
