Windows 7 pictures wont show in thumbnails

Hi

I'm running windows 7 and currently I cannot get pictures to show as thumbnails. Have changed the setting in folder options to display file icons on thumbnails but pictures still won't display . Anyone?

can anyone guide me how to save banner size (3' x 12') Ai format to PDF,
i already try to save using " ADOBE PDF PRESET 4", but the file size are high more than 100mb, try to reduce to 20mb ..

for maternity leave ~

by law company must give 2 month maternity leave with full pay for 2 month
but my company only pay for 1 month,

is anything that i could do? anyone have the same problem?
i already decided to resign.. after 5 years working...
