need help in my research proposal

I'm currently doing my masters research proposal, to find out the factors influencing share investors for not investing in unit trust.

I need 25 respondents to contribute, about 30 mins interview will be conducted, btw I'm based in PJ. If you can't make it for the interview, i can email you the questions.

I'm looking for respondents who fulfill the below requirements:
1. Managerial/executive level
2. Have been investing in shares for more than 5 years
3. Never/have not been investing in unit trust for 3 years

Kindly refer to me if you have friends or relatives can help me in my research project.

wireless connection problem

this is a little strange..and a bit complicated..

I've been using my Windows XP with Maxis broadband and Zytel router for years, connection was good.

First incident happened a couple of months ago, when my sister bought a new laptop using Windows 7. The modem and router were placed at second floor, my sister's laptop can detect the wireless connection, but can't connect to it. When she shift her laptop to downstairs, the living room, she was able to connect. While I got no problem using my Windows XP with the internet at the second floor.

Since last week, my Windows XP can't detect my wireless connection, but it can detect my neighbours'. Few days later the wireless connection was detected, but can't connect to it.

So I bought a new laptop with Windows 7. Received it yesterday.

The same problem happened. My new laptop can detect the wireless connection, but can't connect to it, when I am at second floor. I tried to put the modem and router just beside my laptop, but it failed too *weird*, can detect but can't connect. However, there is no problem if I connect directly to the modem, without the router.

I shifted my modem and router downstairs, the signal light didn't show (it's not poor signal which shows in red light), is totally no light, but my laptop can connect both when I am at downstairs and upstairs *weird*. When I am in my room (second floor), I can only connect to the wireless connection if my laptop is on my bed, when I move it to my side table, the connection will disconnect.

Conclusion, I can't connect to the internet when I am at second floor, if at downstairs no problem. And this happened suddenly after years.

My questions are what should be the problem? the modem or the router? or something is interrupting my connection at second floor? Any solution?

And I noticed that the connection is slower when using Windows 7 compared to XP. Is it recommended to change my 54 Mbps Zytel router? My Maxis modem is the black standing one, can't remember the speed, monthly subscription is RM98.
