If full settlement interest is still count or not?

Hi everybody.

I have been googling about this matter but couldn't get the answers. I have sold my house this month and get sum balance. But Im so disappointed because balance received not like I wish before la, here are my doubts:

The info you need to know

a) Loan PB.
b) Unit sold at 230k, bough 130k in 2010.
c) Last statement received 31-12-2018 (Prinsipal : 125,+++, Interest : 24+++, Balance : 149+++).

- Okey the real story here, within 9 loan period I got good payment la within 3 years and start 4-5 years I got default payment (got 2nd baby and dont remember what problem that time) and bank notice me to increase the interest and I aware about that. But after 6 to 9 years I have good payment record and bank inform me the revised the interest since after good record payment. after that I decide to sell that house and now I have received the money.

- Just Im bit curious after collect cek dekat lawyer the amount recived :

1. house sold at 230,000
2. agent fee include sst 7,400
3. Legal fee 3000
4. redemption 151,000
Total cash received 68+++.

My questions are :

- Why the redemption too high?

- Is it the interest is still included if full settlement?

- Do I need to pay the lawyer also, not the buyer itself?

Cannot Snap picture

Hii..got problem with my 1000d.Just recently i got problem when try snap a picture,when zooming I cannot snap the picture but when in normal view it just find.

But now i just worried because cannot snap at all,when try hit the snap button it not fully push,just half and harden to press.But when I try to use MF at lens it okey,but the picture blur.

My trip to Kuantan last Sunday spoiled by this camera..need help,plz...very noobie here..

Headache During Play FPS games

Im envy when saw many people playing Counter Strike, Far Cry etc..I try to play but just in the second i feel my head start headache n so not comfortable. So until now I cannot play this style of game, I don't know what happen.

I want to rent my house,but many of them calling are negro.Izit okey rent to them?Anyone have experience before?

what I'm need to do before rent to them?

Im just worried someday they will not pay the rent,n very difficult to ask them to out. Somemore they will use my house as drug lab and etc.

My wife have a nokia c3 and now using CELCOM EXEC 50. My wife alway browsing internet,FB using wifi at office,restaurant etc. Usually his bill only RM70-100 monthly but when this time get my monthly bill, it says the phone call only RM60, but for the web browsing it charged RM200 and now my wife line has been blocked. Now I have to pay for the mobile internet used but every time she have been connected to the wifi. When go to CELCOM,they easily said there are many customer complaint bout this,so i think its something wrong happen with this. Dont know whos to blame but i think that was their cooperation tactic to get free money.CELCOM,NOKIA,Wifi Provider...deeemmmmm uuu...

Sorry if this topic is like repeater like other topic..

This happen at my sister laptop..try to turn On,after that Window ask for start normally or safe mode bla..bla..so I try to start normally and come out the blue screen,try safe mode also the same result..so dont know what to do now..

What mean Unamountable Volume..??

I think someone has changed my petronas card during transactation at petrol pump..

demmit they using my card to redeem point..i got mesage six times from petronas claimed i redeem my point.

so everybody be carefull if urs card has many point..

My original OS for my laptop is Ubuntuu, because i'm not familiar with this system, i change to window XP.

my problem is when i install the window, need to install the driver also.try to find from dell website but they only have driver for Vista only.

cannot suited with this XP.

Anyone have some idea where to find the driver for my laptop?
