[WTA] Sony nex5n or Olympus pen Ep3 or Lumix GX1

Since i am beginner of camera. I need help dont know how to choose this 3 camera.
For me, i more to use on street photography and portrait. And i know to review most good is sony nex5n.
But since sony is kinda big lens and the other 2 is more convenience for normal use.
So still considering dont know what to choose.

Headphone impedance at 150 need use headphone amp?

hi all, Beginner here....

Recently I want to buy a headphone but i research that high impedance headphone need to use headphone amp to push up the volume. So may i know if impedance at 150 need to use headphone amp? or no need. Because i scare when i buy the headphone volume will very low since sometimes i got use on my ipod touch and ipod shuffle. But normally is use on my laptop.

Please help me to solve this problem. I dont know can find who....Thx all if got any pro here can teach me .
I want to buy is superlux hd330 or hd668b. If hd330 is no need use headphone amp thn i will buy that (I love hd330 design more thn hd668b ).

Because recently i will buy a laptop of i7 series and for my homework use.
I almost use for 3d rendering.
So i look up for this 2 model.
Both laptop also similar.
I7 series bt jus different with the graphic card.
