Hi peepz.

I am considering whether to enrol into the institute for their next intake for ACCA.

1.I would like to ask where the students normally stay if they are not from KL? I am from perak and if i were to study there, I need to find place to stay.Any suggestion?

2.What is the average student enrolment for ACCA there?I am afraid I'd got no friends there.lol.

3.If I have completed my degree at a particular university, with maximum of 9 papers exemption for ACCA, will I still be eligible for OBU degree?

I am planning to take ACCA in some tuition centres here. But I was clueless to see that most of the tuition centres only conduct about 3 days of classes for one paper. Eg. Fri Sat Sun - for F1 paper.

When I browsed into colleges that offer ACCA programme in their institution, the classes conducted are simply more than the tuition providers. So I was wondering if the students who went for tuition manage to cope with the paper with just 3 days of lecturing?? What do they do when there are no classes going on?

Why there are a huge difference in the number of classes conducted for each papers? Is 3 days adequate to cover all the syllabus for each papers?

Since no loans are provided for ACCA, tuition will be a better choice for me.

Please clarify me.TQ~

Scholarships Guaranteed?

I heard that some colleges/universities will give out their internal scholarships once you enrol inside provided u meet the minimum scholarships requirements without interview.

Is that true?

For example , Inti / Taylor

Will the colleges guarantee a scholarships for those achieving good grades in SPM?

If yes please state the colleges.

CAT > ACCA or FOUNDATION > DEGREE > ACCA

Hi , I am new here.

Just got my SPM results recently and i've made few researchs on accounting studies.

I am interested in CAT offered by SUNWAY UNIVERSITY COLLEGE.

But I am doubtful of it's marketability. As far as I concerned , CAT is a professional prgramme leading to ACCA , in other words it is not a degree programme.

My questions here are ,

Which is more marketable?
- To pursue professional studies ACCA after CAT without degree OR
- To pursue degree in accounting & finance after foundation then only i take ACCA

What are the differences?

What are the pros and cons in the future without a degree but only an ACCA qualifications?

If I were to seek for double degree in both law and accounting , what is the academic pathway starting from SPM?
