[WTA] SC2 system upgrade

Hey everyone, I need to ask you guys a question, hope you guys can give your opinion.

I am running SC2 on :
Core 2 Duo e6550 2.33GHZ
4GB Ram
512MB ASUS EN8800GT TOP

I can play the game fine on high settings, slightly laggy on ultra settings but
during missions whereby you have to defend a certain object or base from swarm and swarm of
enemies, my FPS drops by a bit for both settings especially on BRUTAL difficulty.

If I were to upgrade a component, which one should I upgrade?
Should i get Core 2 Duo E7500 2.9GHZ
or 896MB GTX260 ?
I can only afford one at the moment.

I was thinking about getting the GTX260 however I am afraid my processor would be a bottleneck therefore
limiting the power of the 260.
