I received a wrong item from Shopee

I received a wrong item from Shopee so I raised refund request. The seller use an image of another product to deceive buyer with a fine print "Item shipped out may be different in shape or color."

Under Shopee listing guidelines, the seller must use the image of actual product. However, the 3 Shopee officers from Dispute Team insisted I received the correct product even though the seller had admitted he used the image of another product.

Please help me, I need the following info for court filing so that I could proceed to Tribunal Court.

1) Person in charge of Shopee

2) Shopee Business Name

3) Company Registration No

4) Business Address

5) Telephone No
