P1 Scam

P1 suddenly just called me and say i have overdue payment with them but this case have been since 2009 and now they called me out of nowhere and say that they listed me under ctos list.My case is similar to a user called kahtunz. On 2009,
a salesperson introduced p1 modem to me in sunway and say there is a free trial to try the modem and if you nt satisfied ,u can return it without any payment.So,i decided to try it and test it ,but there are no internet connection and the salesperson told me it need one day to activate and few days later,still no internet connection,so i decided to give up and return the modem.I try to contact the salesperson that i wan to return it but she never bother to reply me so p1 have hired some lousy people.That time ,i dont have a car so it abit hard for me to travel all the way to their hq .P1 still keep calling me that i owe them money but i complain to them that i never used that modem and say why should i pay them.
So they say they sent someone to collect the modem device and the person came and collect it and ask me to sign the termination form.So few years later, they suddenly called and say i owed them money and i was furious and tell them i have return their device and told them i have lost the form that i received and told them they should have a copy in their office but they say they have no obligation to do that.So i been receiving message that they put me in their ctos list and say legal action will be taken.I have went to hq to explain my case but no news from them.So is this how P1 work? scamming people but charging user every month? i thought if u didnt pay the bill ,they shud have cut off the line.I wanted to ask anyone who has this experience with p1 what do u do to settle this?
