Details of the complaint: He failed to deliver me the sim and the modem to me.

i have paid him for more than 1.5 month already. On 3Dec, He saying that soon my sim will be sent to me. but until now still not yet received the item till today.

i had try all communication channel such as e-mail, phones, what apps, lowyat msg all no reply!
Keep no respond from tash.
Now I only want for a full refund of the total RM570. so that i can looking for other seller.
