Which car to go is better?

currently 24 this year,with monthly income of 3k-5k
plan to get a new car.
plan to get a city,with the highest spec,around RM89,000 roughly 950/month 9year loan
any comment about this car?or which spec should i go for
or any suggestion car for income for 3-5k?thanks
