I wanna rent a room nearby Batu Maung/ FIZ bayan lepas start from June 2009...
could you guy suggest any taman/condo?
I have been think of rent a room at Taman Iping, is it a good location to FIZ bayan lepas?
Is there any chinese food stall available nearby..?

I post a thread in Lawyat/properties about rent a room at Bayan lepas area, but there is no any reply...
so, I post the thread here, if u have any idea, pls give me a suggestion...

I will move to Penang but I am not familiar with Penang area...
I wanna rent a room at Penang which the interested area is near to Bayan Lepas Free Industrial Zone.
could you guy give some opinion? and suggestion? the suggestion aspect might be the rental, safety, foodcourt available, car park?

Hi all....
I went for a few interview, sometime there are question that interviewer asked me and I dunno to answer..
But anyway, I try my best to answer even it is wrong and sometime the answer i given is ridiculous....
and this might tell the interviewer that I am not good enough...

So, here just like to ask you guy's opinion that what would you do if you dunno answer the question?
Is it better we just say I am not sure or answer the question wrongly??

I am a fresh grad. I went for a few interview, just wonder if the HR call me that the company want to hire me..
i am curios when HR mention the salary that they offer, can I bargain for higher salary? or just accept it??
because this will be my first job and I never met this condition before...

But now with the MNC, it is hard to find an engineer job..

Anyone can give advice? in term of salary, job, MNC...
