Motor Takaful vs Motor Insurance

hi all, just wondering what's the main difference.

as example https://www.etiqa.com.my/v2/car-insurance-takaful

it has:
- Motor Takaful
- Motor Insurance

i understand Takaful: Cash back when you make no claims
in this case, why people still want to use "Motor Insurance", if this is so straight forward, who do not want cashback, why still (as example for that website) still have the option "montor insurance"? or actually there are other differences.

thanks
