Window Vista Installation

Hi all, I m facing some problem with internet connection for my newly installed Window Vista. My computer configuration as below:

HP DC5700
Core 2 Duo E4500
6 GB RAM
240 GB SSD
Nvidia Quadro NVS 280 PCI
CMedia Sound Card
Broadcom LAN
Window Vista 64bits SP2

The reason why I hv to stick with Vista is because the Nvidia graphic card driver only support Vista. After installation, I tried to run IE but got message saying my certificate is either expired or not valid and was told to adjust my clock. I checked my clock time date and time zone is correct. Next i tried with Chrome and Opera also same. Temporary i add in ignore certificate error to use. Anyone know how to solve this?

Sunner Wifi Vending Machine

Anybody here heard of Sunner Wifi Vending machine? I was invited to attend a talk on this. The machine cost around RM30k with 2 years warranty. Projection income per month around RM3.5k depend on location. The monthly cost around RM500 including location rental and wifi cost. This mean net income around RM3k and ROI is 10 months. The wifi they are charging to consumer is RM1 per 30 min with no cap on amount of data. The question I have is does consumer willing to pay for something which we usually get free at Starbuck or MC D especially students? Is this a good investment?
