But one of them already OCing this processor to 2.1Ghz which safer point to OCing this CPU... Penang water wastage.....

PENANG, Feb 21 – Penang is considering discounts for those who save water and penalties for those who waste it, starting in March.

The current hot spell has failed to reduce water consumption in the state, which records an average of 285 litres used by one person daily, the highest in Malaysia.

Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng said the high water usage by Penangites could be due to the tariff of 31 sen per cubic metre, the lowest compared with the other states.

"We are considering giving discounts to those who save water to thank them for their effort. Those who waste water after a certain amount will be penalised," he told The Malaysian Insider, adding residents should try to cut consumption by at least 10 per cent.

He had previously warned Penangites about their high water consumption, noting that the UN standards was 165 litres a day while Singapore had successfully brought it down to 157 litres a day due to its high tariff cost of RM3.84 per cubic metre.

"Penang has enough water for all but we must care for the future by cutting out wastage now," the DAP secretary-general added.

The ongoing hot spell has again spotlighted water consumption in Malaysia which is undertaking the Pahang-Selangor water supply project with assistance and financial aid from Japan. The other top water-consuming states in 2008 are Johor (207 litre per person per day), Selangor (234), Kedah (236), Negeri Sembilan (239) and Melaka (268).

Lim said last week that water levels at the three dams in the Pakatan Rakyat-ruled state remained high with the Air Itam Dam at 84 per cent capacity and capable of supplying water for 100 days.

Mengkuang Dam was at 95 per cent capacity capable of supplying water for 166 days and Teluk Bahang at 86 per cent capacity capable of supplying water for 276 days, he added

“Penangites need not worry as water supply in the state is still adequate to meet daily needs,” Lim added.

He warned Penangites at the World Water Day 2009 last April that the state government might increase tariffs in the future when it builds bigger dams and water treatment plants to cater to higher consumption.

“The formula is simple, we would not want to charge higher on water tariff for state water consumers but if you force the government to implement more water infrastructure projects for the future, you will end up paying significantly more,” Lim had said.

Another Pakatan Rakyat state, Selangor, decided to supply the first 20 cubic metres of water free from June 2008 when the state government changed hands after the 2008 general elections.

The agreement came after it agreed to conditions set by water concessionaire Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Syabas). State investment arm Kumpulan Darul Ehsan Bhd (KDEB) had to compensate Syabas RM1.8mil a month for the 1.1 million consumers to get that free water.

KDEB owns 30 per cent of Syabas which has a 30-year concession to distribute water to consumers in Selangor and the Federal Territories of Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya.

I need some expert.....

Just bought the laptop Acer Aspire. Its running an AMD Athlon 2650e 64 processor at 1.6 Ghz. I have a AMD Athlon X2 5200+ 2.8Ghz 2000FSB and 1Mb L2 which both are same socket which is AM2 that I want to install cost only RM195. I know it will fit the computer but is it safe to make the switch. Should make Vista run faster and help my video analysis software run smoother. However, will the computer freak when I change it, will it overheat? Just curious? Looking for any advice

1. Saya ucap taniah kepada Kerajaan Negeri Selangor kerana berjaya menganugerahkan Dato Seri Anwar Ibrahim dengan jawatan penasihat ekonomi dengan bayaran hanya RM1 setahun.

2. Mungkin kepimpinan Kerajaan Selangor tidak tahu akan prestasi Dato Seri Anwar sebagai Menteri Kewangan Kerajaan Pusat diwaktu krisis kewangan melanda Malaysia.

3. Dia begitu taksub dengan Dana Kewangan Antarabangsa (IMF - International Monetary Fund) dan Bank Dunia sehingga menerima bulat-bulat nasihat Michel Camdessus (pengarah urusan IMF) dan James Wolfensohn (presiden Bank Dunia dan sahabat karibnya) supaya negara ini mengurangkan perbelanjaan Kerajaan untuk mencapai surplus, menaikkan faedah pinjaman bank dengan tinggi supaya peniaga kekeringan modal dan tidak dapat berniaga, memendekkan masa untuk membayar hutang bank daripada enam bulan kepada tiga bulan untuk menjadikan yang berhutang muflis dan bank dibeban dengan hutang tak berbayar (non-performing loans), supaya bank tidak dapat berfungsi dan memerlukan suntikan modal dan bermacam lagi tindakan yang melemahkan dan memburukkan lagi ekonomi negara ini supaya terpaksa mendapat bantuan IMF dan Bank Dunia dengan syarat ekonomi Malaysia diserahkan kepada institusi-institusi ini.

4. Jika pentadbiran ekonomi Malaysia diserahkan kepada IMF maka Dasar Ekonomi Baru akan dihapuskan.

5. Tindakan Anwar ini dikenali dalam akhbar-akhbar sebagai pengamalan dasar IMF tanpa IMF - iaitu tanpa apa-apa bantuan kewangan daripada IMF.

6. Dengan dasar yang diperkenal oleh Dato Seri Anwar maka keadaan ekonomi menjadi lebih buruk dan Ringgit Malaysia jatuh lagi nilainya.

7. Jelas sekali Anwar tidak faham sama sekali pengurusan kewangan dan ekonomi negara.

8. Kuasanya keatas kewangan dan ekonomi terpaksa dipindah kepada Majlis Tindakan Ekonomi Negara (MTEN), sebuah jawatankuasa dan think tank yang ditubuh untuk menangani masalah kesusutan nilai Ringgit dan ekonomi negara.

9. MTEN-lah yang mencipta currency control atau kawalan matawang dan menyekat CLOB (Central Limit Order Book - pasaran saham haram yang ditubuhkan di Singapura) supaya segala perniagaan Ringgit oleh penyangak matawang dan penjualan saham Malaysia dalam CLOB ditamatkan.

10. Tindakan MTEN ini berjaya memulihkan ekonomi dan kewangan negara.

11. Mungkin sikap Gabenor Bank Negara dan Timbalan Gabenor yang cuba mengagalkan currency control tidak ada kena mengena dengan Dato Seri Anwar. Tetapi hakikatnya ialah kedua-dua pegawai ini terletak dibawah bidangkuasa Menteri Kewangan.

12. Saya berdoa Kerajaan Selangor tidak akan dipermainkan oleh Penasihat Ekonominya.

I have problem with my explorer.exe.........it always using processor 95% and using too much memory eg.500MB....so i try my best by going to process explorer and go to explorer.exe sub module and kill all the nt.dll sub-module......
i need to do this every I restart or open my computer.....

I have been playing around with this for a number of weeks now. Give it a try, and let me know how it works for you.
What we will be doing is using Javascript to get high speed downloads from Rapidshare for free. We will still be using the "free user" link and will still need to wait the 120 seconds for it to begin, but when it does start, we should be getting download speeds of a premium user and we should be able to instigate multiple downloads.
Firstly you need Firefox, if you don't have it, get it for this alone.
Secondly we need the Greasemonkey plugin. Get it here:

Ok if you are a current RS premuim user and want to test this, log out of RS which should delete your cookie.
