secondary IDE on Asus M2N68-am plus

My ancient PC use Asus M2N68-AM Plus motherboard with LG GH22NP20 DVD drive. My problem is the dvd drive cannot read certain DVD. From my 'clueless' finding from the internet, the problem because of older firmware cannot read newer type of DVD. Dunno true or not.

So.. i downloaded the lastest firmware from LG website. But when i ran the application, i stopped with 'Valid ATAPI device can not be found!' error. I read the 'read-me' manual and it's stated that i must set the DVD drive as 'Secondary Master' IDE. I checked my pc BIOS, it shows only Primary IDE which is my DVD drive. I checked the motherboard also.. there's no Secondary IDE slot.. only Primary IDE beside 4 SATA slot.

how to set the DVD drive as secondary master?.. or how to update my LG DVD drive?.. i searched the internet, all of them had no problem updating the firmware..

handcent sms problem

i dont know if it's handcent or android sms system problem..

i sent an sms to my friend directly from contact list..
the sms sent w/out any problem..
2 hours later.. i received an sms from a stranger asking about a phone i'm selling.
& i found out the sms i sent 2 hours ago to my friend is under the same conversation list with the stranger..
as if i sent the sms to this unknown number 2 hr b4..

1st i thought this must be the infamous android sms bug.. but after i checked the sms properties..
it was sent to the correct no (my friend)..
but it's still in different conversation list.. both in handcent & stock sms app..

anyone else ever encounter this bug?..
hopefully not because of my phone..
