Engine Swap

I have a question for sifus here regarding engine swap.

AFAIK, if I buy a new engine, I would need the custom registration letter to have the engine number changed on my grant.
Let's say, the old engine is out, the new is in, JPJ inspection is done, car is now legal.

Now the problem is, I spend like few months time, slowly grinding and rebuilding the old block, and now it's completed.
I won't have any forms or letter for this old engine right, so how am I going to get this engine legal?
I mean I would like to have this engine back into my car again and have the car grant engine number changed back.

Anyone can recall a live wallpaper that was developed back in Eclair?

It allows you to choose the android or any other cartoons that moves around your screen.
You can set the quantity of it, and whether to move when you touch, or when ur move moves, or sound.
Yes it sounds very resource chewy, but it is quite cool, and they have spongebob!

Please let me know if you have or found the name of it.

Rotrex vs TD04

I'm planning to force induce my ZC31s, and I think these are the most common and compatible turbines for this M16A.
I'm newbie, just started to learn, not even crawl yet, just reading non-stop online, asking ppl non-stop.
From some articles I read that this Rotrex mechanism is similar to turbo, which has it's potential.
But alot of my fren says turbo is better, of coz they can list the benefit for turbo but they have no idea about this rotrex supercharger kit.

So I am now asking the experienced sifu here regarding this supercharger, some key points I'd like to point out:

Rotrex:
Cost efficient - more varieties of parts can match with supercharge
Boost efficient - lower range of boost (from article)
Maintenance - should be about the same with turbo
Durability - Can last longer than turbo, eg: break the engine etc etc. (not sure)
Installation - Cheaper, can match some with stock

Turbo:
Cost - Only parts that works for turbo
Boost - need a better piggy (from friends)
Maintenance - should be the same as supercharger
Durability - Some says will break the engine, some says can last with proper tuning
Installation - Some of the parts have to be turbo specific

Correct me if I'm wrong, I need some input. Not those ppl juz bashing me wit what I'm trying to do or my incorrect knowledge.

As topic says, can anyone explain to me in detail?
I don't really know much about cars, so all I know is that both are information meter or electronic gauges.

Do they show some information like vacuum, fuel, air, etc etc?
And most important, which is better and why?
