Bloated Front Page

Hi, don't know if the designers of lowyat.net's front page noticed this but there seems to be too much animations/advertisements going on there, every time I visit lowyat.net my browser would be relatively laggy compared to the forums here.

I noticed it happened since the floating advertisement at the bottom of the page was implemented, also, the clock is unnecessary(I doubt people would look at it for time when they already have a clock in their PC).

Hopefully the web designers are able to design a much more functional/tight website as the current one is pretty bloated up.
