Responsibilities:
• Able to handle full sets of accounts
• Ensure data and records are kept up to date (AR, AP, Payroll and Journal)
• Responsibilities include month-end closing, management reporting, financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, working capital management, product costing, annual statutory audits and review of operating results with department heads.
• To ensure accurate and timely, monthly, quarterly and year end closing
• To maintain accounting control and financial security by establishing internal accounting policies and procedures
• Manage credit control, invoicing & billing, cash management and treasury activities.
• Ensure compliance with tax, statuary, legislative requirement and policy.
• Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, company secretarial agents and regulatory departments
• Knowledge of GST & GST submission
• Admin duties include inventory control, logistics, planning and buying activities and ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Candidates must possess at least professional Diploma or Degree in Finance or Accounting or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of working exposure in the related field
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Highly independent and possess strong leadership capability
• With experience in Manufacturing environment would be an advantage.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, MYOB, Quickbooks, UBS Payroll Software and ISO 9001:2008 is an added advantage.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
