Reason for sale: I am selling a newly claimed brand new unit from Apple due to hardware defect on my current unit, the replacement phone (which I am selling) will be a new phone that comes in a box and the only condition for the warranty claim is that I have to give the box back to Apple. Therefore if you are interested to get this from me, it is best you follow me to Northpoint, Midvalley when I collect the replacement phone, on the spot you can see for yourself the phone that I am selling is a new phone not refurbished. It will be opened in front of us by the staff there. If by any chance its not new, the deal can be aborted. That's my guarantee. And you can check the condition of the phone at the same time as well. Since the box has to be returned, I will provide you with the box that I am still keeping in good condition and it has all the accessories mostly unused as stated above. Please note that Apple also no longer selling gold colour for iphone 6/6+ models, so this is a good time to buy a brand new 6+ in gold colour.

conditions:

1. I will guarantee its a new phone subjected you are present at Northpoint Midvalley when i collect the phone. If it a refurbished phone, the deal can be cancelled.
2. I will only send the phone to be claimed once my new phone is available, as I need a phone to use before I send the faulty one to be claimed, so I expect the replacement phone to be available by end of the october latest. Apple need 7-10 working days to get me a new replacement for me.
3. I only want to nego and deal with serious buyers only as we will meet and transact on the spot. So price must be agreed beforehand.

Update: today 21/10/2015 I have sent the unit for warranty claim. ETA 7-10 working days for the replacement to be available.

I have an expat couple (2 person without child) wish to rent around a TRULY gated and guarded area in sunway damansara area, and they have a dog as well, so the house need to have a gate,
