Help choosing a monitor

What's the best (in term of spec and price) monitor now? 23-24 inch, HDMI + audio plug is a must since I'm using them for ps3 and speaker as well.

Planning to buy one sooner or later. For now I found a few monitor:

Problem description: my torrent starting from around 3 days ago has always been at 0 kbps.. max to max 2 kbps while my direct download can reach 150 kbps... while 3 days ago my torrent speed can reach around 80s.. is this the problem with streamyx ??

First occurence of problem: since first time
Problem frequency: always
Problem description:
my connection, need to manually connect to create new connection -> connect to the internet -> pppoe connection... and everytime me or my friends disconnect (like crash, windows update restart, etc) we cannot connect anymore, even if we right click on the connection and disconnect.. the guy said my connection was hanging.. and he said there's no need to use the pppoe connection because mine is already auto-connect, so everytime i restart my computer i need to call the guy.. my friend in the different unit using d link 2640 no such problem at all.. is this the modem problem ?? will change modem to d-link 2640 solve this ?? thanks in advance ^^

Streamyx Billion Modem Problem

I just register a 2mbps streamyx and they give me free billion BiPAC 5112S modem, it frequently disconnect and among my housemate, it's only my laptop have the orange LED, no matter what ethernet switch or lan cable i use, and all my housemate are green, i'm using vista 32 bit SP 1, what is the problem with my laptop ??
