I got a call, banker from H... L..... Bank wanna sell me something , I don't know why he don't want to disclose just saying its an investment plan 6-9% return 6 year plan. I assume its insurance + saving.

The condition is must meet face to face . he told me this is black white under bank negara.

I told him send me some basic info first, he asked me go bank website and read.

Due to covid 19 , I don't want meet. He say must meet in order to disclose.

Cant even zoom. I though now all bank products are online and transparent. no?

Yes, its a holiday for Sarawak Independence Day.

We were strucked by Highest Covid 19 cases in whole malaysia. past few days numbers increased drastically.

5 years of Franchise fee + New Center setup + Royalty + Materials + Expenses (rental , gaji, utility etc) = Rm 50K + RM 50k + Rm 75k + rm 75k + Rm 360k = Rm 610k

Based on currently student per center average 5 years = min 80 students x Rm 200 monthly fee x 60 months = Rm 960k

Nett for 5 years= 350k
Monthly Nett = 5.8k

If continue next 5 years business pay Renewal Fee + royalty + expenses= Rm 480k
Monthly Nett = 8k

Just based on this and not other external factors, Is this a good deal and ROI?
