bad experience working with startup company

it is waste of time to work with this kind of startup company.
met this guys, talk like he will be another steve job, talking how great is his idea, how many millions he going to generate in months..
the fact is,
he was lucky to get the first round funding easily, but not truly develop the business.
big talk in investor presentation, get some money and use it hire 1 or 2 people, expect them kaodim everything for him, from idea till the income. so he can just be the boss and waiting for "auto generate income", every few week, the idea keep on changing like changing underwear, every month talking different stuff, with no direction in business. the worst part is, no idea how to execute the business.
at the end, burnt all the investor money, then start waiting for second round funding..
if you met this kind of startup, unless you have plenty of time, otherwise, just walk away.

citibank credit card can't wave annual fee

citibank credit card can't wave annual fee?
is that other bank also the same? or just citibank under financial crisis?
i realise they cut off quite many privileges with the merchants already,
and now the annual fee can't be wave anymore

if they are the only bank can't be wave,
i think is better stop using their service..

All these while we have all seen the pretty just done renovated picture here..
after few years time, are those renovated work still in good shape?
Do you mind to share the defect pic here?

example (from my experience):
the frameless mirror is look nice,
but after 1-2 years it gonna look like this,

or your wardrobe, cabinet, the laminated tear off,
maybe you wanted to share with us how long it take to broken..

Hi,

any one know where to sell used furniture?
i have a 2 seater fabric sofa, quite new, just 1 year old,
but seldom use, planning to sell,
i've called some of the junk store, but they only buy in bulk,
anyone here have experience to sell their 2nd hand furniture before?
could you please share your contact with me?
(i don't mind to donate as well, if anybody know which charity is collect the sofa.
but my experience, many of the phone numbers of the donation are not in service. )

hi,

something do really upset me..

it was weekday evening -peak hour, in KL, as usual jam like hell..
i reached the t-junction, and i was slowly turned out from the junction,

i successfully turn out, suddenly there was a car behind me purposely tekan minyak to my side and makan my way (i believe in purpose)..
while he take over me, he was too near to me and i break to let him go, but the WORST PART is he purposely hit my car and scratched it.

i honk to ask him to stop, but he didn't. i saw the carplate and the driver, a foreigner.

i made police report about it, but as u know, our police is so "rajin", the way that serjen was like hinted me to drop the case and threaten me somore.. our police is hopeless..

if police can't help, what can i do?? is there anybody here can help to provide me some advise??

or how to trace the foreigner in malaysia?

How many % of water and how many % of cement powder?

would u tell ppl/ forumers where u gonna buy? Ppl like to ask in forum, about the place they going to buy, don't u worry if it really is a good unit, then it might be grab by other forumer, and u might lose ur negotiate chance?
or they actually is the owner, just to have free advertise in lowyat and make it better price?
