Fraud Victim

I am from Kedah, 2 weeks ago i received a parcel under my name, and its coming from U.S. since its under my name i just received it and no idea who sent it, i tried to call the number which stated but there is no answer, i just decided to keep untill someone came and ask and thought of return to them if its wrongly delivered, but my suprise is how i get under my name, almost going to be a month no one came and claim for the parcel i just decided to sell it. Now i got a call from a company in U.S that the parcel i received is purchased by stolen credit card and it was sent under my name, The company is asking me to send the item back to them, They also told that i need to arrange for the shipping as the shipping company dont want to involve in recovery as they completed the shippment,

1. I don't know what is this about

2. i sold the parcel becoz it's either i throw it away better i get some money

3. even if i have the parcel why should i pay for the shipping

4. am i a victim of mail fraud? what can i do about it
