Celcom contract end date different

Hi guys,anyone have any issue contract end date different between ocs and online chat/call center/celcom center? My contract should be ended on 26 Oct base on ocs but when check back celcom said that the contract end on 8 Nov. Different almost nearly 2 weeks,i want to either change to prepaid or mnp to other telco to reduce my usage or bill but afraid i have to pay 1k if i termination the line

Hi all,
Anyone of you ever get call from any bank tele center and being told that you have not pay 3 month for your credit card.later you check back and call the center ,they said its a fraud.some one have being using their tele center number to get info especially your ic number.

Pls share.

hi all, i just create new id and this is due to my currently id which is N_silver is having log in issue which have settel after i finish register the new id. the problem is i have put the wrong email add so i want to change it as i have wrongly put "com.my" instead of "my" only.

I'm using celcom broadband postpaid D68.having problem with coverage.brother in law use the same package but the speed is ok.the diff between me and brother in law is he using new modem n i use the old one.his location only 50mtr from the main road while i bout 100mtr.
