Weird call

Today about 1++pm, I received a call on my HP. When I said 'hello?', there was no response. After like 10 secs, a girl's voice replied 'wei?'('Hello' in Cantonese). So I replied her back, but it always took a long time for the gal to respond back(She said 'wei?' a few times). So I asked who she is, then this slowpoke after god knows how long replied 'Sorry, called wrong number.' in Cantonese.

By the way, this is her number: +603 2600 0610

When I called back, all I got is 'Connection Error'.

And before this happened, I got 3 calls, which I didn't pick up. The numbers are:

+603 2600 0430
+603 2035 9330
+603 2600 0400

Anyone know this number?

I recently scanned my pc with Spybot - Search & Destroy and it showed me that my pc is infected with these 2 malware. I tried to fix it with Spybot but it said it needs to restart in order to do so. So I restarted my pc, let it scan again, and voila, done. But when I scan my pc the next time, these 2 malware appeared again and Spybot gave me the same message on restarting the pc to get rid of them bla bla bla... So I'm wondering is there anyone know how to get rid of these 2 once & for all? Thanks!
