Hi, im running an i3 540 @ 3.07GHZ and i have a recently bought GTX 660 Twin Frozr and 4gb's of ram!

I was wondering why is it when i ran SKYRIM on ultra settings i got fps's nearing around 30 but being around the 25+ mark any help?

Whenever it rains it starts disconnecting the internet and it gets really annoying and after the rain it still disconnects the internet and the line becomes unstable.
