Anti fatigue lens for spectacles

I need to replace my glasses soon and was wondering if anyone here is actually using Hoya Sync/Zeiss Smartlife. Are they better or just sticking to single vision is good enough. Internet searches all say they help reduce fatigue from digital devices but don't know whether is actually true or not. My power is: R: SPH -6.25 CYL +1.50 and L: SPH -5.75 CYL: +2.00. Want to hear opinion from people who have actually used them rather than just opinion from the optician/optometrist only.
