I have just recently finished my final exams (MEng in Mechanical) and I am looking for jobs to apply. Ever so frequently, we will be asked about our expected salary during the job interview.

With regard to:
1) Engineering field (Design, R&D, manufacturing, consultancy)

2) MNC or local company

3) Industry

How much are we worth as fresh graduates in the market? Lets try and put Oil and Gas as a last option since the benefits are clear cut (higher pay than most other industries)

Beatmania in Malaysia

Just wondering how many other Beatmania IIDX fans out there in Malaysia. I personally own a Beatmania ASC with original copies of IIDX 10th style to 16th style and have been playing this game since saw the old beatmania arcade game back in 2000's.

I am also planning to fabricate my own beatmania controllers (because getting it overseas is expensive!)

How to drain, flush radiator, engine

Can anybody tell me basically how to drain and flush my radiator and the whole cooling system for the engine?
My car is a wira 1999 1.3L. Currently temp gauge showing the needle at 3rd line but usually should be at 2nd line.
If speaking of hot weather now, today raining also went up to third bar in traffic jam. When the temperature rises, aircond from supercold become warm pulak

Can tell me other possibilities for this to happen besides fan not running, water pump not functioning?

Blue Screen of death!

Hey all! Can anybody give me reason for whats happening to my computer? Its like, BSOD with the "beginning of physical memory dump" message will pop up for no reason. The worse thing is, it seems very very random. No matter what I do, play games, read mail, Messenger, watch movie and etc.

What im suspecting is problems from the hard drive or either the ram but how to make sure?

- Most probably programs running on 1 of the 3 harddrives in the com got power problem (loose power socket)
but usually when this happens, the com will just hang and restart by itself.

- AMD 754 platform always like that? (change ram from hyper X to value ram to corsair and still got prob)

- K8v-se deluxe mobo problem?

-Graphic card driver problem?
use to have this problem when I installed new graphic drivers for my 6 series cards. Now using ati 9550.
