Android game connection issue with Unifi

I had subscribed to Unifi 30Mbps package for 3 months. There's no issue with downloading stuff or even playing most MMO on my PC or PS4.

However, I noticed some android games on my phone having connection issue when connected to my unifi wifi, such as Onmyoji & FGO. For FGO when I'm done with battle it will stuck in 'connecting' and time out eventually, until I disconnected from my unifi and use my data. Same case with Onmyoji as I keep stuck in 'connecting' whenever I'm doing PVP.

Any clue on what might be the problem? When I'm at my parent's house with unifi Lite, I can play the games without connection issue at all.

Can unsubscribe Streamyx if I'm not subscriber?

The streamyx at my house was previously installed by my son (who's now working oversea). Recently I install Unifi, so I need to cut my old streamyx line.

Want to ask, if the streamyx is under my son's name, can I unsubscribe it without him around? Do I need a copy of his IC?

Question about Maxis wireless internet (3G)

My new place only has fiber so no Streamyx. To make it even worse, thanks to the miscommunication between developer and Telekom Unifi will only be available in around November/December. Also, checked with Maxis, my place is out of coverage area for both Maxis fiber and Maxis 4G.

So with the situation above I'm thinking of getting Maxis 3G wireless internet, Rm139 for 28GB. But before I apply can I know if anyone here using it before can give me your opinion on it?

If it's not good any other better ISP?

Btw I'm quite heavy downloader, though I can at least reduce to around 10GB per month.

Question on mobile data plan and PC

Hi, I'm very very new to the wireless broadband, mobile phone data plan etc. Was using dumb-phone (non-smart phone) till recently. So got some questions would like to ask here.

1) I have seen some mobile data plan having unlimited quota etc. Since it's called 'data plan' i expect it is only for mobile phone right?

2) Then, continuing from question 1 above. I also heard that the smartphone nowadays (galaxy sX, iphone X) can be use as some sort of modem. If that's the case, does the smart phone with unlimited data plan connected to a desktop PC means I got a wireless modem with unlimited quota?

3) If the (2) above is invalid/wrong, then, usually for wireless broadband with 2GB/4GB/etc quota for PC, what will happen if I exceed the quota? Mean, let say I subscribe to a service with 4GB quota. Then on the first day of the month I go and download something and use up the 4GB. Does that mean from second day onwards I won't be able to connect to internet again and need to wait next month? Or, am I still able to visit internet, but just with snail speed?

Hopefully I posted this in correct place. If there's a thread out there with all the answer please do give me the links.

Thanks
