And it appears Malaysia's newest wellness resort could be just the ticket for alleviating stress in younger generations, as the first month is already fully booked.

The retreat, much like a conventional retirement home, offers accommodation, three daily meals and the freedom to live without schedules and the grind of the 9-to-5.

The experience focuses on doing nothing: guests can sleep in, garden, take walks in nature, feed fish, plant vegetables, eat home-cooked food, or simply daydream.

So I joined around June, and they said can get 1% +/- daily returns, n 90 days capital lock. Now almost 180 days my capital says unlock but cannot bring out.

I have a few months delayed payment for my cc and loans since May because I was out of job since January. Spent my savings while doing some business that didnt work until I've gotten a job in September.
Since then I've been paying my backlogged payments, and only manage to clear every outstanding last month. I am sure that my records are up there in ccris.

so my question is, if i were to buy a car, would the bank approve it? my basic around 4k with monthly shift allowance 1.2k.
or is it until my ccris are cleared then only the bank will consider?

Season Ladder incoming major content patch

I'm happy to say that as part of our first big content patch in a couple of months, we will be releasing Seasons, which will include a ladder-like aspect to them. Seasons-Exclusive Legendaries
There will be more legendary items in the future, both for rewards of Ladders, and also rewards from the Tiered Rifts. For the current ones, we probably are not going to revisit them. They all take time to do and I'd rather we were adding new legendary items, and the time is better spent on new legendary items than going back to refit old ones.

Tiered Rifts And Leaderboards
There is another major feature in the patch 2.1, which is going to be what we're internally calling tiered Rifts. The idea is a challenge scenario, where players do increasingly hard Rifts, to see who can get the farthest. You do your bounties, you do a Nephalem Rift. If you clear it, there's a chance to get a Greater Rift Token. If you successfully do that, you'll get a Greater Rift Key (rank 2), then Rank 3, etc.. Much like seasons, we're going to have a leaderboard as well, so you can see who got to the highest tier Rift, and what time were they able to obtain on that.

Sounds like a bit like what Path of Exile did. Hope that the ladders reward can be brought into normal/hardcore stash.

Faith in Blizzard restored. Now if only they implement PVP. one thing at a time I guess, although it's due since launch.

This is original from Kuala Pilah, Negeri Sembilan. It is smoked traditionally using coconut husk (sabut kelapa), and mainly used for Negeri Sembilan traditional dishes, Daging Salai Masak Lomak Cili Api but can also be cooked other way like masak merah, masak kicap etc.

Guys, for intro, I'm a working guy with a working wife and a 1 year old son making around only 3.5k/month. I am thinking of doing a business and stop working the 9-5 job as I think it's about time to make a better living out of myself and for my family too! For starter I might not quit my job, but if the business go well I will.
so I am posting here to get validation from u guys whether my idea is good or not. Don't worry to tell me it sucks or anything. Criticism are mostly welcomed!

1.) Babies clothing.
I am thinking of importing babies clothing from China but the shipping is quite expensive and I am not sure how much clothing should I start with. I know mothers will spend a lot for their newborn child, but is this business still viable? as I also see there's a lot of people are in to this kind of business too. Not quite the niche I'm looking for, or should I look at others niche of babies clothing e.g. newborn clothing? (0-1 months). Any suggestions?
Anyone know how much should I invest for startups? For starter I am thinking of doing everything online, and keep my stocks at home. Would be great if I can get opinions from someone with experience!

2.) Beef /chicken jerky. (Daging Salai)
This is hard to come by in my place (klang valley), so I am thinking of getting it from a distributor from outside the state and sell it here. The thing is, I am not sure if people would buy it. Soo..anyone interested in buying it in case I do sells it? Here is a pic of what I have. It is air-sealed, and can last up to 6 month. can be eaten directly (yummy!) or cook it as a dish. And it can be posted all around Malaysia

3.) Baju kurung from Indonesia.
Ok I have not yet researched this thoroughly yet, but a friend of mine did this business few years ago, but stopped due to job commitment. From what he said, this will need quite a bit of startup cost as I will need to go to Indonesia and get the best deal myself there, and ship it back to Malaysia. He said it is sold for quite a high margin in Malaysia (RM60-80+) and there's a lot of people buying it. Ok the thing is, I have absolutely zero knowledge of Baju Kurungs. Should I pursue this? As much as easy money as it sound, I have my doubts too at the risks due to my knowledge and the big capital involved. Will update this more as soon as I gets more information. Need to sit down with him at some mamak stall instead of chatting thru FB hehe. But if any of u guys have experience in this and would like to share some insights, please do!
