4G Weekend data deducted instead of FB 999GB data

I switched to Hotlink on Saturday(25/11/17) from Digi, purchased Red Pass and got my Facebook 999GB pass. Yesterday(26/11/17), I stream video(not third party link) in Facebook app using my phone and 4G weekend data was deducted instead of Facebook 999GB data.On Hotlink website stated 999GB Facebook pass has higher priority than 4G weekend data,
1) Why my 4G weekend data was deducted?
2) Why I did not get Facebook 999GB/day data pass? Instead, I got a Facebook 999GB pass that last until 25/12/17.

PS: After that, I claimed a happy hour pass to try out the priority order, my happy hour pass remain 1GB after I stream some videos on Facebook and Facebook data was deducted. Please see my screenshot, 998.39GB is before stream video, 997.93GB is after, which this is normal due to Facebook 999GB pass has higher priority than Happy hour pass. Is that bug in priority order for 4G Weekend data pass?
