/k help me find a manga

I once read this manga in the 90s, I think 93-97ish. I'll try to describe what I remember. Also sorry la if my English is very poor one.

The first book show Tokyo in the future but not too futuristic. The story begin with the main character (the hero) standing next to his car at some back alley or maybe harbor. He was having bits of memory flashback of a time when he join a special task force on a mission to take down a terrorist group. Before the mission he proposed to his girlfriend. However during the mission, he was shot from behind by a shadowy figure of a lady. The thing is he don't remember having those memories and while having the flashback he subconsciously push his car a few meter with his bare hand. Which is impossible for a normal human being.

Realizing he was late for his first day reporting for work at the local police dept. He quickly drove there, then some car chase scenes start with the police, I think. I even remember him driving through a fly over and landing on a bullet train and even driving his car one side up through a narrow corridor

When he arrive at the police dept. He was quickly introduced to his team mates and given his equipment and stuffs. They then start on their first mission together. A terrorist group have just hijack a building with explosives and holding hostages. If I'm not wrong the terrorist wanted some important data from the building's server. During the mission the main character shown amazing superhuman feats like super speeds, reflexes, strength and eyesight also durability.

At one point his team got ambushed with bomb, he manage to save his team mate by shielding them and carrying them away. It's at this time he noticed a cut on his wrist, showing mechanical parts, he realized then how he can do all those amazing feats.

Finally, he meet the terrorist boss, who turn out to be the girl who he proposed to in the flashback. Then he started to remember his real past. He remember the girl as his long time girlfriend, also the same person that shot him in the flashback. In the memory he was shown to be the only survivor during his last mission and badly injured. He was saved by a government project to make cyborg soldier, him being their first real success. he was then memory wipe. The girl is the one that leak the mission to the terrorist causing the failure.

In the end of the first book, he single handed take down the terrorist group and his girlfriend suicide from the guilt, not before telling the hero the name of someone who can tell him the truth about everything. Afterward hero himself almost dying was give an overhaul and upgrade.

In the second book, following the clue given by his dead girl. He went on a mission to a top secrets high tech prison in the middle of the sea! This parts I can't remember most of the plots, only the main parts. He broke off prison fighting the main villain, this time the head prison guard I think. There's a scene where he carry a huge canister like an oversize gas tank. The main villain also wear this mech suit like in the Avatar movie. He then escape the prison with the intel he needed.

At the end of book 2, he meet another cyborg like him, a lady cyborg. The lady cyborg is in the run after accidentally killing her boyfriend while hugging him with her new strength I kid you not.

looking for manga with cyborg main character?

K help me find an old manga, probably 90s manga. The main character is a cyborg with incredible strength. I remember the manga open with the main character at a port or parking, he was having flashback of him during a mission as a police, he got betray by his girlfriend whom he just proposed to. The gf shot him and injure him to point of death but some organization save him and turn him cyborg.

Later on he join this special squat and they have their first mission, where he found out that he's a cyborg after a bomb blast torn the skin on his arm, reveling the mechanical skeleton inside. Also he meet his old gf in the same mission and finally get his revenge. Then second mission he was sent to infiltrate a high security prison in the middle of sea to save some VIP if I not wrong. And then there is another female cyborg.

That all I can remember. Also the drawing is kinda like city hunter style.

What they've also noted (the killjoys) is that there's no way the cat switched back to meowing from barking because it was embarrassed. Instead, turning its head would have reduced the energy going through the creature's airway and transformed the barking sound back into more of a meow.

We, of course, will stick with the infinitely more chucklesome belief that the cat is indeed gutted at being caught in the act, thereby bolstering our theory that cats are smarter than humans and will one day take over the world.

"When we identified without any doubt the sound source, we spent a lot of time making absolutely sure that our recordings of the sounds were calibrated correctly," he said.

Their findings, published in the science journal PLoS One, indicate the bewitching song of the insect designated M. scholtzi can be compared to the sound of a passing freight train.

A nearby man confirmed that he saw a man in the waste tank, covered in a tarp. He locked himself inside the toilet tank, until he flung the door open and ran.

A security guard tried to stop the feces-covered man, but he got away.

Police said Chrisco was arrested nearly a week later, on Thursday, as he panhandled at a gas station.

Chrisco admitted that he moved from the waste tank of a vacant porta-potty to a "busy one" to watch women above him.

"I was at the yoga festival, doing a little bit of yoga, and I'm just seeing all these goddesses," Chrisco said. "It seems crazy, but I just felt like I was being blessed by their energy, even though it was unintentional."

Chrisco admitted to police that he has spied on as many as 200 women, including through bathroom peepholes at businesses and restaurants. Police said they contacted business owners to seal the holes.

Chrisco is charged with unlawful sexual contact and criminal invasion of privacy.
