I just received a quotation from a contractor to extend the kitchen backyard and makeover for 2 storey terrace link house (22 * 75) area : klang valley. Price breakdown as below :

1. Supply and Install skylite roofing w/pillar – RM2898
2. Supply and Install brickwall w/inter – RM2714
3. Supply and Install ‘Nytoh’ door 6’7’ 1 sef - RM2200
4. Labour to install car porch f/tiles – RM3272
5. Labour to Install skating car porch – rm273
6. Supply and Paint whole house – RM7500
7. Labour to install ‘hall’ + ‘room’ f/tiles – rm11,256 ( tiles not included)
8. Labour to install batroom wall tiles – RM3454 ( tiles not included)
9. Labour to install bathroom f/tiles w/waterproofing – RM2079.00
10. Supply + install plumbing for bathroom – 3 nos – rm3360
11. Supply + install plaster ceiling - RM4650
