When I bought a house, I paid for the S&P Agreement, Loan Agreement plus 1% Stamp Duty on the house.

After the House Loan is cleared, now I have to pay 1% Stamp Duty on the house again to get a memorandum of transfer from the Bank to me.

So, all together house buyers have to pay 2% Stamp Duty on the house we bought without any change of name?

Why is a mosque surrounding with Half Circular “Bump”?

There is a surau two blocks away from my house.

They have like five or more Half Circular “Bump” around the surau, one of them is almost one foot height which is dangerous to the motorcylist.

So in order to avoid the Half Circular “Bump” , they buses, tractors, lorries, cars and especially the motorcycles are passing by the backlanes. The smokes, especially very loud noises from shaking buses, lorries are making a threat to the residents.
Most of the time there arent many people in the surau, maybe because there is a much bigger mosque not far away beside the main road, only some people on Fridays.

Isn't it too much to build Half Circular “Bump” all around the surau to keep people from using the road?

Actually I have move to other places, no more staying in my old house

I just dont get to know our Malaysia.

The front lane of my house is closed. The cornet lots are blocking the way.

But the back lane is opened for traffics.

So everyday and every night, tractors, buses, lorries, cars, motorbikes passing the back lane.

They are so very close, only few cm from our kitchen and back- bedroom.

The noises, smokes are unbearable.

Why close the front lane and let them use the back lane??????????????????
