BIS Expired Still Can Use

I have friends who use Celcom BIS; prepaid; and langgan the monthly BIS still continue to enjoy the BIS although even though BIS already expired. So lucky one.

And some cases, credit expired but got langgan BIS. Technically, credit expired, cannot use BIS but his phone still can use.

Those lucky people.

odel laptop: Compaq CQ20-317TUProcessor: T6400, C2D 2.0 Ghz
HDD: 500GB (C: 60GB(OS), D:460GB (Files)) ; ini upgrade. Asal 320GB.
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate

1. Hari Selasa yang lalu, aku tertidur dengan laptop kat depan dan bila bangun, semena-mena laptop dalam keadaan "blue screen of death" (BSOD) dan memaparkan 'system error"

2. Aku pun cuba menghidupkan laptop dan try on balik; memang tak dapat dan asyik pergi ke "Windows Repair" walaupun select Safe Mode.

3. Aku pun reformat menggunakan SD card yang telah dimasukkan dengan installer Windows 7 (yes, SD Card boleh digunakan untuk format computer bagi yang tidak tahu) dan kembali kepada keadaan Windows 7 desktop yang fresh yakni tidak ada apa-apa software.

4. Aku ada back-up bagi partition C dimana sebelum ini aku menggunakan perisian EASEUS TODO Backup untuk back-up C aku jika berlaku apa-apa dan aku pun memasang perisian tersebut kepada laptop yang baru diformat tadi kerana file recovery itu hanya boleh dikesan oleh software EASEUS itu tadi.

5. Apabila loading recovery dah nak sampai ke penghujung, keluarlah "Failed to write to bad sector" dan aku terpaksa reformat semula dan buat sekali lagi recovery, masih lagi keluar "Failed to write to bad sector". Tension pasal banyak assignment, presentation, kerja dan design tergendala.

6. Lalu aku pun menggunakan kaedah manual yakni ketka memformat balik laptop, aku delete the partition C dan revive balik by using "New" semasa install tu.

7. Selepas Windows 7 berjaya dipasang, aku pun memasang semua software yang patut akan tetapi bila restart, keluar BSOD balik.

8. Step 6-7 aku buat setiap hari sehinggalah petang Khamis ni tadi bila aku decide aku switch kan balik HDD 320GB yang asal ke laptop ini dan keluarkan balik 500GB.

9. Aku format dan install balik Windows 7 dan semua software; smooth dan memang tidak ada apa-apa yang terjadi seperti mana dengan HDD 500GB tadi tu.

10. Orang kedai bilang "Unmountable_boot_drive" memang masalah bad sector kat hard drive dan aku suspect yang bad sector ni terjadi kat C.

11. Soalan aku ialah:

a) Boleh tak hard disk 500GB ni tadi di fix kan bad sector dia dan diletakkan balik ke dalam laptop aku untuk menjadi main HDD tanpa kerisauan about crash; minggu nak dekat final ni, so mati aku kalau laptop condemn.

b) mengikut spec yang telah diberikan di atas, sekiranya aku nak pasang HDD aku dengan 1TB or 640GB HDD ke dalam dengan portion yang sama 60GB untuk C (OS) dan selebihnya untuk D bagi menampung files; dibolehkan tak? Takut nanti processor laptop aku tak dapat cope HDD yang besar tu. Tu yang orang kedai bilang kat aku lah tapi aku tak nak ambik bulat-bulat apa yang dia kata.

Could anyone offer me a good price and if can put some add-on; i.e 2GB card; to make it a lil bit spicier?

I'm a really heavy internet user. I usually have my internet mainly for surfing and check the mail (free Yahoo! Mail to be exact).
Thus, i always refresh those website and you know on how hassle that it.
And that is why a widget is always perfect to shorten your time in the internet because it will auto refresh itself.
Basically, i'm envy the high-end mobile phone users because there's various type of widgets available for them to use; besides having the internet connection always available.

For me, i utilize this software.

1. Facebook for Adobe Air (wish I could know on how to log out from it since my lil brother use it using his ID. Since then, it his FB account in it!)

2. TweetPocket for Adobe Air

3. For uploading pictures to Facebook; select, drag, drop, upload and you could leave the computer to do the job.
i) Bloom
ii) Facebook button for Picasa
iii)LiveUpload Picture for Windows Live Picture

4. Windows Live Writer
- a good way of blogging with pictures & videos; you just click "Publish" and just leave it there. No more waiting for typing when you have to upload picture every time.
- various plug-in for it

5. Windows Live Mail
- wish it could support Free Yahoo! Mail
- could add RSS into it to know the update of your favourite sites. And it auto refresh!

6. Picasa
- for a simple editing yet beautiful picture outcome (can directly upload the edit picture to Facebook (refer to no. 3 (ii) even you haven't save the editing)
- direct self-record video to YouTube.

7. Google Desktop Sidebar (GDS)
-various type of widget applicable to you. I use Tweeter as one of the gadget. Shame there's no good Facebook widget for GDS.

8. Yahoo! Messenger
- alarm you if there's new mail in your inbox
- updating your YM status, you could update your Twitter, Myspace & Facebook status at the same time. Just synchronize your Tweeter to YM, FB and MS! You can do it in Tweeter website.

Hence, you could save up your time by 50%!!!!
