PC unable to power on

Previously, my PC is starting to shutdown automatically after power on for few hours. Sometime it will shutdown when it is on heavy loading. After it shutdown, I can't on the PC, have to close the power (PSU) and wait for awhile only can power on.

But then now it completely unable to power on, so I suspect it is a PSU problem. But when I use the PSU on other PC, it able to power on normally. Anyone has any idea or what might causing this unable my PC unable to power on? I suspect it is cause by the motherboard.

Im not really sure what my phone cause the faulty problem, but when I insert sim card, the phone will go blank screen. but when it is without simcard, it can be open. Already try with few different sim card with different telco.. so I suspect it is a sim card slot problem.

Where can I repair my SE K850i?
