On cost Sg Dua Tinting Problem

a friend of mine just get a tint job from On Cost Sg. Pinang or sg. dua (Lip Sin) there... Any notorious story or bad experience u guys get before???
As I was in KL for a few weeks I cant get a clear picture about how bad the job was done...

But from his phone call he was really upset...
He claimed that there was some bubble coming out just after the job as there was dust inside.
the tinting wasn't done in a good environment...

I felt quite bad as I recommended him to that shop...
Can any bros advise on this matter.
I will go and have a look on his car as soon as i get back to pg.

the job was done two weeks ago and the tint guy told him this bubble will lost after hours... but it wasn't...
He went there today again to ask for a solution... and arguing the whole day...
they only fix the4 pieces doors window tinting film for him and refuse to fix the front and rear mirror... He went thr from 11am - 8pm...
without getting a satisfied solution...

As I was concern... there won't be any bubbles even my 5yrs old gen 2 dont have that kind of problem...

I'm working inside an office which is full of gals. In fact I'm the only guy not to mention bosses and other top management . I have 1 senior which is a very big stinky *****...... In fact she Looks like 42 years old but she is only 28 years old. Can't even pronounce security and many English words correctly and she is q real b**** that gave me a real hard time. Her English is tremendous ....... Everyday f me instead of teaching me. N a young gal who serve as a lecturer(aka lecturer here) last time came in.at 1st she also bully the lecturer everyday. And the lecturer also hate her much and she will complain things she suffered 2 me everyday during lunch . We will xchange our story with each other and I know the lecturer hates her much... But suddenly after a few months suddenly polished the ccb shoes everyday... The lecturer will kesi talk to her everyday regardless of wat topic... And suddenly they looks like an ally... Knn now I only know never trust any1 in work.
But pity the lecturer oso la everyday polished her shoes but oso end up 'zi ***' most of the time. But I felt betray by her lo. So I'm pissed off by both biatxh now...

Company owe me 10months EPF

I'm a fresh grad who graduated last year... I joined a construction company in Penang last March... (If they really pissed me off and dint settle the full EPF amount... I'm gonna reveal their company name here)... I already aware about this sometime in May... All the terms are clearly stated in my employment letter... and my pay slips also stated that they deducted my percentage every month...

As I already resigned last month so I told my head of department about this issue yesterday and hop[e that he will raise it and I get my full rights... and he will discuss this with me on Monday... ( as he was too loyal... heard that the company already owe him 1year EPF) and there is no way he gonna reveal this to the KWSP...

So how am I gonna do now... and I really pissed off coz if I din raise this issue... they tot that I'm not gonna claim it... and they juz pretend and diam diam???

Hope all bros can give some really good advise... Really CCB chinaman company... Drive Mercs E220 and two Harrier 300G... and exploited us... the poor employers like this... and I suspect I also don't have SOCSO...

Perhaps he also din't apply CIDB green Card for me... So what if I was hit by an accident at site??? Insurance are not going to entertain me...
Help me pls... I beg some professional advises...
