Buy a laptop on Shopee, laptop broke down

In early september , i bought a laptop from a vendor on shopee for rm2499. When the laptop arrived, i noticed there is a bad pixel on the laptop screen. I talked to shopee and the vendor. The vendor refund me rm200, shopee refund rm200. I continue to use the laptop.

Last week, the laptop cannot boot up at all. Cannot boot to BIOS. I want to claim warranty from the vendor. The vendor refused to honour the warranty.

Shopee said it is not their responsibility anymore.

I am think of going to small claims court.

the story is: in employment contract, it is written company will pay 13 month salary.

Now company refuse to pay, saying because company performance is not good, so no 13 month.

In labour law, is company allowed to do that ?

RHB Bank ATM eat money

Yesterday 6.30pm i withdraw money from RHB ATM machine. After key in the amount, the ATM machine says "please take your card". I take my card, then ATM screen is stuck at the same message for 5 minutes, then the ATM says the machine is having problem.

I check my account. The withdrawal amount is deducted, but i did not get the money !

I call to RHB bank, they say they need 7 days to refund money.

it is a bad thing from RHB bank.

the apartment management shut down water supply on Sunday , for whole apartment, for repairing water pipe leak.

according to Strata Management Act 2013, no renovation or repair work can be done on Sunday.

the apartment management does not comply with the Act.

what is the right of the residents? get a lawyer to sue management?

I told car battery guy that my car battery dies after not starting car for two days. The battery is only six months old. The guy said it is normal for car battery to die if not use car for two days . Is it? The guy said alternator is ok.

The guy changed to a new battery and charged rm250 .
