SYSTEM SUPPORT ANALYST

Responsibilities:

Your role will include but not limited to the following responsibilities:
Be involved in the Customer Facing Support Function to effectively support all components of petroleum bulk depot Terminal Automation System (TAS)
Part of existing 24 x 7 Support System providing mission-critical operational, maintenance and technical support services for customers all over the region.
Willing to work in rotating shift to provide 24 x 7 x 365 support coverage
Ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to in the interest of customer satisfaction and contractual obligation; and meeting the targeted Service Level Agreement and Key Performance Index objective

Requirements:

We seek the best people with drive, ambition, imagination, enthusiasm, problem solving skills and a desire to succeed in a global enterprise.

If you are seeking to build a rewarding career and meet the following requirements:
Malaysian citizen
Strong general IT skills with interest in System Administration/System Engineering.
Able to demonstrate good aptitude for multi-discipline technical works.
Linux/Unix exposure is mandatory.
Very good communication and inter-personal skills with excellent command of written and oral English.
Working experience in 24 x 7 Technical Support / Call Center environment is an advantage.
