Clearing off commercial property loan

Yesterday i went to bank and ask for the procedure of clearing off all the outstanding loan amount.
The banker told me that, i do need to pay a fee for them to get third party to check on all the outstanding amount.
Besides that, i do need to hire a lawyer to settle on the documentation.

Is all this true?
Can someone advice on the real settlement loan procedure?

End of November 14, i purchase a condo which is under a Singaporean name till date the transaction still in process.
So we got 4 parties involve, my lawyer / owner lawyer / my bank / owner bank.
Owner telling me that initially due to pending instruction from my lawyer which lead to his bank redemption expired.
But from my lawyer, he telling me that developer confirmation obtained from owner lawyer is rejected by my bank.

I understand from lawyer that there will be 2 major redemption in order to complete this transaction:
1) 1st Redemption for owner bank (Pay money toward owner bank)
2) 2nd Redemption for owner (Paid money toward owner)

Is there anyone experience on this kind of case?
Someone can advice me more clearly on the process on actually how all these could be get done?

On Oct 2014 i signed on the offer letter for purchase a property from Singapore owner.
By Nov loan agreement & S&P signed, 10% given to lawyer.
By Dec bank evaluation done & paid.

My lawyer told me that it gonna take roughly 3 months period from Jan 15.
He mentioned below activities going on right now:
1) Currently developer agree to direct transfer the strata title toward under my name.
2) Bank is under process to release 1st payment to owner bank. (Owner outstanding amount)
3) Then bank will process to release 2nd payment to owner, which direct to owner. (Gain margin)

Is this a normal procedure & time frame in the market?

Guys really need your input & opinion about this the property mentioned above by HCK Capital Group.
According to their 993 sf type selling around MYR 800k, is it worth it with 6% GRR on the first 3 years?

I'm kind in dilemma now, confusing..

Why is it so limited peoples talking about this project?

Hi guys, i'm currently 26 years old working @ singapore as project engineer.
I would have interest in joining bank investment line, as it all about figure (money $$$) of course.
I go to preview courses such as MBA or MSF, the feedback was it would not be useful for me as engineering background.
Because what master programme teach is to manage.

I would not want to spend engineer life back at singapore either.
I would like to back to Malaysia get into finance line before age of 30s.
Is there any suggestion or advice i could get from taikor here?

So all of us know that Iphone 4s is coming to down at Dec 16..
I had been waiting this phone for quite sometimes also, but as time goes by..
I keep on hearing rumors that 4s is not as perfect as what in my imagination..
Ppl out there keep on compare 4s with S2..

So is there any 'Si Fu' here whereby can drop some comment?
Or any person had been really experience about both of d phone?

Currently i already paid d 2% of the booking fee for 388k house. So right now my friend who work at bank getting me the value only 280k. And my friend keep on advice me not to buy d house..
